ITO Sensai is one of those yarns that feels like pure luxury in your hands. It’s a delicate blend of mohair and 40% silk, giving it an incredible feather-light feel, a beautiful softness, and just the right touch of elegant sheen.
This yarn is perfect for lacework, airy sweaters, shawls, and any project where you want to add softness and a light, dreamy halo. You can knit it on its own for something whisper-thin and delicate or hold it together with another yarn, for example, ITO Shio, to add warmth, texture, and a subtle glow to your fabric.
The yarn as soft as fur of cat or rabbit. It's nice to touch it and work with. Perfect for light sweater.
Easy to work with. Tried knit with size 6 and 7, and selected size 6 for my project.
