When will my order ship?

All orders are lovingly packed and shipped within a week! I handle everything myself here at the shop, and I typically ship twice a week—on Mondays and Fridays. Thank you so much for your patience and support as I work to get your yarn goodies to you as quickly as possible!

When will my order arrive?

Orders ship from the Netherlands. Once you receive your "shipped" email, here’s what you can expect:

  • Netherlands: 1-5 business days

  • Europe & UK: 1-2 weeks

  • US & International: 2-3 weeks (depending on your location)

If your order is taking longer than expected, don’t hesitate to reach out via email, and I’ll be happy to help track it down.

I didn’t get an order confirmation email.

If you haven’t received your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder—it sometimes sneaks in there! If you still can't find it, feel free to email me, and I’ll gladly help track it down for you.

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?

Yes, I do! You can request a return, exchange, or cancellation within 14 days of placing your order. Just reach out, and I’ll take care of it.

My package arrived damaged.

Oh no! If your item was damaged during transit, please email me within 14 days of receiving your order, and I’ll send you a free replacement. If it’s been more than 14 days, replacement parts can still be purchased through the same email.

I’m missing something in my order.

I’m so sorry about that! Sometimes mistakes happen during packing. Please send me an email, and I’ll make sure to ship out your missing items as quickly as possible.

Will there be fees/taxes on my package?

Depending on your location, your order may be subject to additional customs fees or taxes, which you'll need to pay to receive your package. Most international orders pass through customs without extra charges, but this varies based on the value of your order and your country’s regulations.

Please note that any additional taxes or fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by the product cost or shipping fees. If these fees are not paid, your order will be returned to me, and I will issue a refund minus the original shipping costs.

Also, please remember that customs processing could affect shipping times, depending on your location.
