SHIPPING POlicy

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible! We use DHL and PostNL to ensure the safe and timely delivery of all our packages.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-5 business days before shipping.

For handmade items, please allow 1-7 business days for processing, as we craft these just for you with extra care.

Remember that the shipping times listed at checkout don’t include the processing time.

Shipping Times

  • Netherlands: 1-5 business days

  • Europe & UK: 1-2 weeks

  • US & International: 2-3 weeks (depending on your location)

Tracking & Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped with a tracking number except for "Small Untracked Orders."

"Small Untracked Orders" are sent via PostNL in envelopes without tracking or insurance. Depending on your location, they may take longer to arrive, and since they are not insured, we cannot offer refunds if they are lost in transit. For faster or tracked shipping, please choose another shipping option at checkout.

International Orders & Customs

If you’re ordering from outside the EU, please note that any import taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges may apply upon the package's arrival in your country.

Refused Shipments & Returned Packages

If you refuse a shipment, we can issue a refund once the package is returned to us. However, if any extra shipping fees are incurred due to the refusal, these will be deducted from your refund.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, it will be restocked, and you’ll receive a partial refund (excluding the shipping cost).
