At ColorPop Crafts, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you need to make a return, we have a 14-day online return policy, meaning you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at orders@colorpopcrafts.com. Once your return is approved, you’ll need to send the item back to our office at your own expense. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible!
Non-returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Digital goods (e.g., PDF patterns or books)
Physical books
Custom or personalized products

Sale Items & Gift Cards
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. We cannot issue refunds for lost "Small untracked orders" as these are uninsured.
Shipping on Refunds
Shipping costs are not refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. Your refund will be processed and returned to your original payment method if approved. Please allow your bank or credit card company time to process and post the refund.
Duties & Taxes
For orders outside the EU, all import taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. These may apply when the package arrives in your country.
Refused Shipments
If you refuse a shipment, we will issue a refund once the package is returned to us. However, any additional shipping costs incurred due to the refusal will be deducted from your refund.
